What You’ll Learn
The PADI Open Water Diver Hurghada course covers everything you need to dive safely and independently: equipment setup, buoyancy control, underwater communication, safety procedures, and how to plan and execute a dive with a buddy. Training combines PADI eLearning theory, confined water skills practice, and four to five open water training dives in real reef conditions.
Course Schedule
Day 1 covers theory review and confined water skills in shallow, sheltered water — the safest place to build muscle memory before heading to the reef. Day 2 moves into your first open water dives, applying everything you practiced. Day 3 wraps up with final dives, a short theory exam, and your official PADI certification.
What’s Included
Your PADI Open Water Diver Hurghada course includes full equipment rental, all course materials, a certified instructor throughout, four to five open water dives, lunch and drinks on board, transfer within Hurghada, and your PADI certification card. The price is €350 per person.
Who Can Join
This course welcomes complete beginners — no prior diving experience is needed. The minimum age is 10 for the Junior Open Water certification, or 15 for the standard Adult Open Water course. You’ll just need reasonable swimming ability and good general health.
